Hi, I'm Kaushik Rajan
Engineer & Applied Scientist | Exploring AI, Building Useful Applications

Welcome!
I have nearly a decade of engineering and applied science experience in the tech industry. This includes four years at Amazon (US), where I developed production-level statistical and time series forecasting models. These models accurately predicted billions in advertising revenue. I also hold a Master's in Computer Science from NC State University.
My current focus: independent research in deep reinforcement learning (DRL), game theory, and their applications in multi-agent systems. I translate theoretical insights into practical tools, building iOS and web applications.
This site shares my work: technical articles, research publications, and the apps I develop. You'll also find reflections from my travels and contemplative practices, key to my learning process.
